Traci Maxwell is an Oakville based artist working with various mediums: painting, sculpture and graffiti. She works with a variety of acrylic paints and techniques using digital media and graffiti often fusing the two. Traci‘s work centres around everyday materials, Cultural and political themes with a lightness through boldly colored images interwoven into mixed media. My paintings often reflect images from the every day to the unexpected. My more current work has been an exploration in color and fluidity. Navigating movement and color onto canvas in search of serene and peaceful moments.
